Hotel information

The Hotel Nicoletta is a new build, 3-star hotel, situated in a splendid and quiet place, 50m from the beach and it's modern and comfortable, as it was opened in summer 2004. We serve our guests an abundant buffet breakfast every morning, further we have a private underground car park (with Service-Point for Mountain Bikes), a sunroof with sun chairs and some sport activities at your disposal.

Food & Beverage

Sardinian tastes, flavours, scents, delicious dishes…the sea breeze… The restaurant “Lungomare” is all of that, 100m from the Hotel, in the very beautiful tourist port of S. Maria Navarrese. Our clients can decide every day if they would like to reserve a table in the restaurant (€ 15,00 per person, per meal; without beverages/ 1 first and 1 second course with vegetables – you can choose between a meat or a fish course).

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Booking Terms

No deposit will be charged.

VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Pets are not allowed.

Wired internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 4.00 per hour.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 20 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Child Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 8.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
